Leon Boerop is the Head of Rabo Carbon Bank, where they build and lead the Carbon Trading & Finance team in the voluntary carbon markets. With a background in economics, Leon earned a Bachelor's degree from Universiteit Utrecht and a Master’s degree from the University of Amsterdam. Previously, they gained experience through internships at ABN AMRO Bank and Kempen & Co, and worked as an associate in Rabobank's Debt Capital Markets. They also contributed as a financial journalist for Vice Media and coached at De Randmeren sailing school.
