Marcel Koeton

Marcel Koeton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and management roles within Rabobank. As the Head of Customer Services, Marcel oversaw strategic development and daily operations for a large team of 800, ensuring a strong customer focus and employee engagement. Prior to this, Marcel held positions such as Manager Grootzakelijk, where responsibilities included managing wholesale teams serving clients with significant annual turnover, and Accountmanager Grootzakelijk, focusing on local SME teams and community engagement. Marcel participated in the Rabobank Executive Development program, where multiple strategic assignments were led in areas such as housing and financial crime. Additionally, Marcel was a member of the Dutch national field hockey team, contributing to the team's success as European Champion in 2007. Marcel holds a Master of Science degree in Organisation Studies from Tilburg University.
