Minca van Berkestijn is a Senior PMO with extensive experience in program management and a proven track record in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Minca previously worked as a Senior PMO at ABN AMRO Bank, Delta Lloyd, and Rabobank, among others, and currently serves as a Senior PMO at HumanTotalCare while also operating as the owner of Project-IS. Minca’s approach is pragmatic and adaptable, reflecting a strong result-driven philosophy enhanced by excellent social and communicative skills. Educationally, Minca holds a Bachelor's degree from Hanze and completed HAVO at Canisius College - Mater Dei.
