Nynke Jongstra

Nynke Jongstra is an operations lead with extensive experience in managing both small and large teams, primarily in HR and operations. Currently serving as Operations Lead for Ordina's Area North, Nynke is responsible for internal operations, operational excellence, and strategic workforce management. Nynke previously held various roles at IBM, including IT Specialist and Project Manager, and contributed to GlaxoSmithKline as a sales intern and trade marketeer. Nynke holds a Master’s degree in International Business and Management from the University of Groningen and has completed an executive program for commissioners and supervisors at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
