Olga Panchenko

Olga Panchenko is a carbon markets and policy expert at Rabobank, starting in April 2023, where efforts focus on developing climate-smart initiatives related to Carbon Farming. Prior to this, Olga served as a Lead Venture Builder at oneUp from July 2021 to March 2023, working on projects to reduce Scope 3 emissions in the food and agriculture sector. As the founder of WIYO, a community management platform for entrepreneurs and business school alumni, and co-founder of Roodkappje, a community-driven delivery service, Olga demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial spirit, with the latter being recognized as a winner in the Hack the Crisis Hackathon NL. Olga's early career included a role as an entrepreneur at Antler, a startup accelerator. Academic credentials include a Global Master's degree in Business Analytics and Big Data from IE School of Science and Technology and a Digital Marketing course at IE Business School.
