Pascale Thoma

Pascale Thoma currently serves as the CTO Engineering and Enterprise Tech and Executive Vice President at Rabobank, with previous roles including Head of IT Systems a.i. and Lead Critical Execution Priority Decom Retail. Thoma has extensive experience in IT and management, having worked as COO/CIO at PinkRoccade Healthcare, where the focus was on enhancing organizational effectiveness through various key improvement areas such as software development and cloud services. As Managing Director and co-founder of Tri ICT Nederland, Thoma emphasized IT Operational Excellence, particularly in LEAN IT. Prior experience includes a Senior Manager position at Accenture, overseeing Custom and Emerging Solutions, as well as managerial roles at Inter Access and Oracle. Thoma holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from Eindhoven University of Technology and participated in an Erasmus exchange program at Glasgow Caledonian University.
