Patrick De Neef

Patrick De Neef is the Global Head of Technology & Innovation Risk at Rabobank, a position they currently hold. They previously served as the Director of Digital Processes & Innovation at De Nederlandsche Bank, where they led digital transition efforts across various business domains. Patrick has extensive experience in the banking sector, having held various roles at De Nederlandsche Bank, including Chief Innovation Officer and Head of Department in the European Banking Division. They began their career at ING as a Model Development and Control Analyst and hold Master's degrees in Econometrics from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam and the University of Technology Sydney.
