Paul Bowerman

Paul Bowerman is an experienced financial professional with extensive expertise in compliance, project management, and financial crime prevention. Currently serving as the Head of Global Financial Institutions CDD Hub at Rabobank, Paul oversees a department with over 50 FTEs. Previous roles include managing Financial Crime Middle Office operations at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, project management in the Chief Risk Office at Julius Baer, and engagement in critical financial crime programs at Bank of America. With a strong foundation in cash management and operational processes from earlier positions at Landsbanki and BNY Mellon, Paul has developed a robust skill set in stakeholder management, resource planning, and team leadership. Paul holds a National Diploma in Business & Finance.
