Paul James currently serves as a Strategy & Product Consultant at Rabobank, where responsibilities include overseeing and expanding the Rabobank API services portfolio, focusing on market needs and the development of new B2B services. Previously, Paul held various roles at ING, including IT Manager for DevOps in multiple domains such as financial markets regulatory reporting and credit card issuing. With a Master’s Degree in Business Administration specializing in Change Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam and additional education from Growth Tribe, Paul brings a wealth of experience in product ownership, delivery management, and strategic development in the banking sector.
