Pip Young

Pip Young is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in risk management and compliance across various sectors. Currently serving as Risk Manager Global FEC SIRA/RAS at Rabobank since March 2025, Pip previously held the position of Legal Officer at Transactie Monitoring Nederland from May 2022 to March 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Company Lawyer & Compliance Officer at JTC Group, where Pip focused on cross-border transactions, and as Legal Counsel for the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia, also specializing in cross-border transactions and court pleading. In addition to practical experience, Pip has an academic background that includes a Master of Laws in International Trade and Investment Law from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's program in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. Pip also achieved recognition as a John H Jackson WTO Moot Finalist while affiliated with the World Trade Organization.
