Richard L.

Richard L. is currently the Head of Strategic Design and Delivery for Transaction Monitoring at Rabobank, a position they assumed in 2023. Between 2019 and 2023, they served as Audit Manager Compliance at ING, contributing to the auditing processes. Richard's early career includes roles such as Vice President at NIBC and Associate at NIBC, where they managed teams and were responsible for valuations and risk management. They completed a Master's degree in International Financial Economics at the University of Amsterdam in 2001 and hold a certification as a Certified Internal Auditor obtained in 2013. Additionally, Richard completed the ING Moody's Credit Programme in 2016.
