Rita Grootendorst

Rita Grootendorst is an experienced HR Consultant at Rabobank since April 2007, specializing in advising and guiding businesses through transitions and change projects to ensure smooth implementation and support. In roles such as Product Owner for Diversity & Inclusion and Project Manager for Rabo Inclusief, Rita has focused on fostering an inclusive culture and improving the integration of employees from diverse backgrounds into the workforce. Rita also established the mobility center Samen Werkt! to assist laid-off employees in their transition to new careers, and as a former Senior HR Advisor and Manager of Client Advice, Rita has extensive experience in HR management and client service. Rita holds multiple educational qualifications in coaching, organizational design, and human resource management.
