Robin Goense

Robin Goense is currently serving as Legal Counsel Corporate / M&A at Rabobank, a position held since 2022. Prior to this role, Robin worked as Legal Counsel for Capital Markets and Treasury at Rabobank, where they focused on private equity, equity capital markets, and M&A from 2021 to 2022. Robin gained initial legal experience through an internship at ING Nederland in 2020 and as a student intern at Boels Zanders Advocaten in 2018. Robin is pursuing further education in the Beroepsopleiding Bedrijfsjuristen at Radboud University, expected to be completed in 2024, and holds a Master’s degree in Duale master Onderneming & recht from Radboud University, which was finished in 2020.
