Roger Wouterse is a seasoned business analyst with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies, currently serving at Rabobank since November 2021. Previously, Roger worked at Identify as a Business & Process Analyst from April 2018 to October 2025 and held roles at significant organizations including Gemeente Amstelveen as an Information Analyst/Scrum Master, Nederlandse Loterij as a Business Analyst, and ING as a Feature Engineer. With a strong background in QA and IT process improvements, Roger has also contributed to educational initiatives as a lecturer for SYSQA.
