Scott Harper

Scott Harper, CAMS, serves as Managing Director and Chief of Staff for North America Compliance at Rabobank since April 2017, with roles that include leading compliance risk assessment initiatives and developing methodologies to align with regulatory standards. Previous experience includes positions at Scottrade, where Scott managed BSA/AML/OFAC risk assessments and developed governance frameworks, and at SBS Bank, serving as Risk & Compliance Officer and contributing to the bank's AML program. A graduate of The University of Auckland, Scott holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business & Management and Employment Relations.
