Sera de Jong has over two decades of experience in the financial and retail sectors. Sera began a career in June 1995 as a Commercieel medewerker at Hyporama Ruitersport, providing commercial support and management for all stores. Since October 2016, Sera has been with Rabobank Drechtsteden, serving in multiple roles including Mobiel adviseur and Adviseur Particulieren, with significant responsibilities in customer relations, loyalty, and value creation across various communication channels for private banking clients. Sera holds a degree in Commerciële economie from Midveld College, earned between 1990 and 1995.
