Simon Bezzina

Simon Bezzina is a Senior Legal Counsel at Rabobank, specializing in project development and banking law with over 10 years of experience. Simon has advised various banks on diverse issues, including M&A, derivatives, and regulatory matters, while also holding significant roles in notable projects like the Wylfa and Moorside nuclear new-builds. Previous positions include Deputy Head of Banking Supervision at the Malta Financial Services Authority and Partner at Atsumi & Sakai, where Simon focused on energy law.
