Simon McGuinness is the Head of Operational Risk for Australia at Rabobank, bringing over two decades of expertise in senior risk and business management roles within notable investment banks. They have previously served as an Executive Manager of Operational Risk and Controls at Commonwealth Bank and as a Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Simon’s extensive experience encompasses non-financial and operational risk, regulatory compliance, and change management, coupled with a solid grasp of risk frameworks and governance processes. Currently, Simon is pursuing various advanced degrees, including a Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from FINSIA.
