Simon Roelofs

Simon Roelofs has extensive experience in banking and finance law, having held various legal positions at prominent firms. At Eversheds Sutherland, Simon focused on banking and securities law within financial services regulatory contexts from April 2002 to September 2005. Simon furthered expertise as a Senior Legal Counsel at Rabobank, where responsibilities included oversight of wholesale capital markets, treasury transactions, and regulatory compliance across various financial instruments and funding transactions. Prior to Rabobank, Simon practiced law at KPMG and DLA Piper, where involvement included managing finance transactions and leading practice group development. Simon holds advanced education in Finance and Security Rights and Securities Law from Grotius.
