Stella Cao is an energy transition finance specialist currently serving as the Executive Director of Energy Transition Finance. At Rabobank and Bayfront, Stella was responsible for structuring and executing project finance transactions in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors across North America and Asia. Stella has conducted comprehensive due diligence on investment opportunities and financial modeling, and has advised companies on achieving their renewable energy goals. Additionally, as a Fellow at Mana Impact, Stella has utilized their expertise in debt to advise on impact investment opportunities with a focus on positive social and environmental outcomes. Stella holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology & Geophysics and a Master of Environmental Management from Yale University and the Yale School of the Environment, respectively.
