Susan Eeftink

Susan Eeftink has extensive experience in leadership and transformation across various roles within the banking and retail sectors. Beginning as a Trainee and Product Manager at Vendex KBB from 1995 to 1998, Susan held multiple positions, including Retail Change Manager, overseeing the implementation of new retail concepts. At Rabobank, Susan has advanced through several key roles, including Director of Retail Banking & Private Banking, Strategic Transformation Partner, and most recently, Director of Leadership Development and EVP. Responsibilities have included client service oversight for retail and private banking, transforming local banks into a unified organization, and executing HR strategies for a workforce of over 6,000 employees. Susan holds a Doctorandus in Management & Organization from the Universiteit van Tilburg and is a certified executive coach, having completed postgraduate studies at VU Amsterdam and Ashridge London.
