Toby Dale

Toby Dale is a senior change and delivery leader with over 15 years’ experience in financial crime compliance and nearly 20 years in banking. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Rabobank, Toby has built an extensive track record in driving successful compliance change and managing sensitive regulatory programs. Previously, at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Toby held the position of Expert Lead in AML/CTF Risk Based Approach and was responsible for enhancing the bank's sanctions compliance program. Toby has led various global initiatives and teams, demonstrating expertise in KYC, AML/CTF, and regulatory change management, while also excelling in stakeholder engagement and team leadership. Toby's academic background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business and Advanced Japanese from UNSW.
