Trudy Dijkstra

Trudy Dijkstra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product ownership and customer experience design. Currently serving as a Product Owner at Rabobank since June 2023, Trudy has previously held key roles including Design Lead at Raad voor de rechtspraak and Customer Experience Consultant at Capgemini Nederland. Additional experience includes leadership positions such as Service Design Lead at bp and Customer Journey Expert at ING. Trudy's career began at Rabobank Utrecht as a Strategy Consultant and Journey Owner, followed by roles in customer experience consulting and service design across various organizations. Trudy holds a Master's Degree from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Hanze, complemented by a study abroad experience at Universidad de Málaga.
