Wessel Oosterman is an experienced professional in the fields of compliance, risk management, and financial economic crime (FEC). Currently serving as a Business Analyst FEC at Rabobank since October 2023, Wessel focuses on improving the workflow management system for over 3,000 analysts in Customer Due Diligence and Sanctions. As the Co-founder and COO of Capler since November 2021, Wessel has been instrumental in making private equity investments accessible. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Talent&Pro, Consultant FEC & CDD at Nationale-Nederlanden, Customer Journey Expert and Senior Analyst at Knab, and Customer Due Diligence Analyst at ING.
