Max Stephan

Max Stephan has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Max started their career at Knorr-Bremse as a Werksstudent / Diplomand from August 2010 to March 2012. Max then joined Toyota Boshoku Europe N.V. as an Engineering Trainee from September 2012 to December 2014. Afterward, they worked as a Validation Engineer at Toyota Boshoku Europe N.V. from January 2015 to November 2018. In September 2016, they began working at Wechselpilot GmbH as the Head of Operations, a position they currently hold. Most recently, they joined Rabot Charge in January 2022 as a Senior Operations Manager.

Max Stephan attended the Technical University of Munich from 2005 to 2012. During this time, they pursued a degree in Maschinenbau und Management and successfully completed their studies, earning a Diplom Ingenieur degree.
