Alex Brown has extensive experience in customer journey management, marketing, and digital optimization, currently serving as the Head of Insurance Journey & CX at RAC. Previously, Alex worked as a Senior Digital Customer Proposition Manager and an Insurance Marketing Manager with a digital focus at RAC from 2020 to 2024. Prior to that, Alex held positions at Brightside Group plc and Group Direct Insurance Services Ltd, including roles as a PPC Account Manager and Marketing Account Manager. Additionally, Alex briefly served as a PR Co-Ordinator at RAC Motoring Services and as General Manager at Old Down Estate from 2009 to 2010.
