Jo Baker

Jo Baker has extensive experience in financial leadership, currently serving as Group CFO at RAC since May 2018. Previously, Jo held the position of Group CFO at Wonga from April 2017 to May 2018 and was the UK CFO for Worldpay from November 2014 to March 2017, where responsibilities included developing business strategy and achieving financial targets for a leading payment processing firm. Jo's prior roles include Managing Director of Existing Customer Management & Analytics and Chief Financial Officer in Barclaycard's Global Business Solutions division, where a focus was on data-driven growth strategies and financial performance management. Jo's career began at Merrill Lynch and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, advising on investment banking and M&A. Jo holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Bristol.
