Tom Mansfield

Tom Mansfield is a data and analytics leader with over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Pricing & Value Director at RAC, Tom has previously held significant roles at AXA, including Data & Analytics Director and Head of Customer Analytics, where they spearheaded initiatives in data governance and advanced analytics. Tom's career began as a Pricing Analyst at Swiftcover Insurance, eventually leading to management of teams focused on data science and pricing optimization. They are dedicated to fostering a data-driven culture and have a keen interest in implementing innovative technologies to drive business success. Tom is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Physics at the University of Warwick.
