John B.

John B. has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and telecommunications. John started their career as an Apprentice at Cerner Corporation in 2011 and worked there until 2014. John then worked as a Contractor for Robert Half from June 2015 to February 2017.

In 2017, John joined Cox Communications as a Customer Care Specialist I, where they provided technical support to commercial customers and managed cable modem provisioning and network troubleshooting. John worked at Cox Communications until April 2020.

From September 2021 to December 2021, John worked as a Residential Field Technician at END-2-END COMMUNICATIONS, INC. DBA END-2-END TECHNOLOGIES.

In 2022, John worked at two different companies. First, they worked at Vision Technologies as an Integration Technician, where they conducted gap analysis surveys, deployed integration projects, and performed troubleshooting of data and VoIP network components. Later, they joined Mobilitie as a NOC Support Engineer, providing support to network operations centers.

Currently, John is working at Race Communications as a Network Operations Center Engineer. Their responsibilities include providing technical support to internal users and external customers, analyzing and resolving technical problems remotely, and assisting field technicians with back-office support.
