Flor Khan

Flor Khan is an Education Justice Researcher with extensive experience in academia and grassroots organizing. Currently serving as the Director of Cross-Movement Solidarity Initiatives at Race Forward, they previously held key roles including National Campaign Research Lead at New York University and Academic Programs Director at Berlin International University of Applied Sciences. Flor has pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Merced, and is working towards a Master’s degree in Education and studying Germanic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics. Their work spans multiple cities and focuses on bridging the gap between research, policy, and community engagement in education justice.
