Kumar P

Kumar P began their career in 2011 as a Sr. Recruiter for Confidencial. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders and TN visa holders, EAD for numerous positions, and had extensive experience working on requirements where different levels of security clearance were required. In 2012, they joined RaceDog Technologies as a BDM. In this role, they were experienced in all aspects of full-cycle recruiting, including requirement gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, rate negotiations, and extending offers. Kumar also had in-depth knowledge and experience using internet search engines and job portals such as DICE, Monster, Corp to Corp, and social networks like LinkedIn. Kumar also had exposure to Corp to Corp W2 and maintained good relationships with preferred vendors.

Kumar P completed their Masters in Computer Science from Osmania University between 2010 and 2012.
