RaceQuest delivers exceptional training camps, race week tours and bespoke travel experiences for endurance sports athletes and their families.

Co-founders Krista Baker and Kelli Eldridge combined their travel industry, professional athlete management, and sales and marketing expertise to build a company that enables athletes to focus solely on their athletic goals and performance. Logistical challenges and perceived barriers to travel are removed; RaceQuest clients enjoy the ease of having all aspects of training and racing the world arranged professionally and seamlessly for them.

The team at RaceQuest operates at a high level of professionalism to be the best in the world in the boutique sports travel space. As experienced triathletes, the company’s founders and staff apply shared principles of dedication, commitment, and discipline to every travel experience offered. RaceQuest blends a true passion for service with the valuable knowledge that comes from training, racing and traveling the world.

RaceQuest is aligned with some of the best professional triathletes, race event companies and brands in the sport. An extensive professional network, attention to detail, and "on the ground" experience makes RaceQuest the top choice for travel planning and consultation for the world's best athletes. The company has seen phenomenal growth since its inception in 2012, and continues to expand its programs and race travel offerings on a global scale, but always with a personal touch.
