Pratik Patel

Pratik Patel is a graduate of Indiana University Kelley School of Business, where they double-majored in Management and Human Resource Management. They are currently serving as the Manager of Franchise Sales at RaceWay and have previously held the role of District Operations Manager at RaceTrac from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, Pratik worked as a Recruiting Specialist at Kroger Co. and gained valuable experience through internships and various positions within the company. Currently, they are also involved in recruiting efforts for Kroger, including reviewing resumes and attending job fairs across the state.
