Dave Lyste

Dave Lyste is the Executive Vice President at Rachel Contracting, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Dave worked as an Estimator and Project Manager for both Veit and Company, Inc. and Rachel Contracting, overseeing public and private heavy civil projects across the Midwest. Dave also served as the Renewable Energy Group Manager, focusing on wind energy projects, and held various leadership roles at the Minnesota Construction Association from 2018 to 2022, including President. Dave earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University in 2001.
