Luc Pons

Luc Pons has been a prominent figure in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions since 2000, currently serving as Avocat Associé at Racine, where responsibilities include leading and developing the Corporate Law and M&A department. With a team of six partners and 21 associate lawyers, Luc Pons specializes in various aspects of M&A, corporate structuring, joint ventures, and litigation related to acquisitions and shareholder disputes. Prior to this role, Luc Pons established the same department at Racine and gained early legal experience at Lacourte Raquin Tatar and AyacheSalama. In addition to practical work, Luc Pons serves as a lecturer in corporate law at HEAD (Hautes Etudes Appliquées du Droit) since January 2018.
