Alex Marflow

Alex Marflow is an accomplished risk and compliance professional with extensive experience in financial management and internal audit. Currently serving as the General Manager of Risk and Compliance at Melbourne Racing Club since May 2021, Alex manages enterprise risk across multiple venues with a focus on gaming compliance, health and safety, and cyber risk. Previously, as the Head of Internal Audit at Priory Group, Alex established a new internal audit department and led key initiatives related to governance and Sarbanes Oxley compliance. With a background at PwC, Alex contributed to various external and internal audit engagements across the energy sector. Alex began the career at Xafinity as a Group Pensions Graduate and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and French from Cardiff University.
