Michael Nelson

Michael Nelson is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in information technology management. Currently serving as the Head of Technology at Melbourne Racing Club since June 2017, Michael previously held positions as Information Technology Manager and IT Officer at Hawthorn Football Club from March 2008 to June 2017. Michael also worked as Duty Manager at Yarra City Council from October 2006 to March 2009 and as Distribution Manager at Kathmandu from 2004 to 2006. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from RMIT University and a Certificate as a Microsoft Certified Engineer from Xcom Education, alongside VCE completion from Macleod College.
