Robert Catterson

Robert Catterson is an experienced sports broadcaster and journalist with a diverse background in racing and GAA coverage. Currently serving as the RPGTV Irish Presenter at Racing Post since January 2018, Robert also works as a Sports Reporter for RTÉ, where involvement in match reporting has included significant national leagues and championships since May 2016. As the Broadcast Planning Lead for Paddy Power Betfair since April 2010, Robert leverages extensive knowledge of various sports, including horse racing, GAA, soccer, and golf. Additionally, Robert has been a Racing Correspondent with Leinster Leader Limited since February 2002, covering major racing events and interviewing prominent figures in the sport. Robert holds a degree in Communication and Media Studies from University College Dublin, earned in 1999.
