Tom Griffin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tom started their career as a Media Sales Executive at reed.co.uk in January 2012 and later transitioned to become a Web Analytics Executive in October 2012. Tom also participated in a Graduate Training Scheme during this time. In 2016, Tom joined CMC Markets as a Web Analytics & CRO Manager. Tom then moved on to Racing Post in 2018, where they served as a Senior CRO Manager until January 2020. Currently, Tom holds the position of Head of Data & Analytics at Racing Post. Prior to their career in digital analytics, Tom worked as an Assistant Manager at Taylors of South Wingfield from August 2009 to November 2011.

Tom Griffin attended Nottingham High School from 1997 to 2004. From 2004 to 2008, they studied at the University of Birmingham and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and American Studies. In 2006 to 2007, they also attended UC Santa Barbara, where they pursued History, although the field of study is not specified.
