Racing Women | Accelerating Opportunity in Motorsport

Racing Women is a global community supporting women in all areas of motorsport. From first-time drivers to future professionals, we create pathways for women of all ages to get involved, grow, and succeed on and off the track.

Building on the legacy of Formula Woman, Graeme Glew created Racing Women in a mission to connect talent with opportunities—through racing programs, mentorship, education, and partnerships. Whether you’re into karting, sim racing, or looking to go pro, we’re here to help you take the next step.

Join us as we redefine what it means to race like a woman.
