Accelerating Vehicle Development through Engineering Excellence

At RacingSyn, we help manufacturers transform ambitious ideas into successful vehicles by providing tailored engineering teams across the complete vehicle development lifecycle.

Our engineering philosophy was forged in the demanding world of motorsport, where performance, reliability and speed of development are non-negotiable. Today, we apply that same mindset to support automotive OEMs, high-performance manufacturers, motorsport organisations and innovative start-ups developing the next generation of vehicles.

Unlike traditional engineering consultancies, RacingSyn operates as an Engineering Alliance. Rather than relying on a fixed organisation, we assemble multidisciplinary teams of senior specialists with decades of experience across Formula 1, WRC, WEC, GT Racing, Rally Raid, high-performance road cars and automotive OEM programmes.

Our expertise spans every stage of vehicle development, including:

• Vehicle strategy and programme definition

• Engineering design and system integration

• Vehicle dynamics, ride & handling and chassis development

• Testing, validation and Customer Perceived Performance (CPP)

• Prototype development and industrialisation

• Supplier selection and technical project management

• Motorsport engineering and FIA homologation

From concept to validation, our objective remains the same:

Accelerate development. Reduce technical risk. Deliver better vehicles.

Whether supporting the development of a production vehicle for global markets, optimising vehicle dynamics for European customers, engineering a high-performance sports car or developing a championship-winning race vehicle, we build the right engineering team for every challenge.

Because great vehicles are built by great people.

Engineering Performance. Powering Innovation.
