Graham M. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Graham started their career at Rack Attack in 2009 as a Store Staff and Assistant Manager. Graham then worked as an Accounting Assistant at Rack Attack from September 2013 to May 2014. Graham returned to Rack Attack in 2018 as a District Manager, overseeing retail operations across multiple locations. Graham was responsible for hiring, training, and developing store managers and staff. In January 2020, they transitioned to the role of Inventory & Product Manager and was promoted to Senior Inventory & Product Manager in January 2021. In June 2021, Graham became the Vice President of Retail US and later, in February 2023, they were promoted to the position of Vice President of Retail, North America. Prior to their time at Rack Attack, Graham also gained experience as a Summer Student at Stikeman Elliott LLP in 2016 and as an Articling Student at the same firm from August 2017 to May 2018.
Graham M. began their education in 2007 at The University of British Columbia, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Graham successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2011. In 2013, Graham enrolled in The University of British Columbia's Diploma in Accounting Program, which they completed in 2014.
In 2015, Graham embarked on their legal education journey at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC, undertaking their Juris Doctor program. Their time at the law school lasted until 2017. Additionally, in the same year, Graham briefly attended the University of Saskatchewan, exploring the First Year Law program.
Graham's pursuit of knowledge continued in 2021 when they participated in the Harvard Business School Online, where they earned a certificate in Negotiation Mastery. Throughout their educational journey, Graham focused on law, accounting, psychology, and negotiation.
