Tim Wheeler

Tim Wheeler has a diverse work experience history. Tim started their career as a Shipping / Painting Supervisor at OTR Wheel in 1996. Tim then moved to Quincy Compressor in 1997, where they held various positions, including Machine Operator, Team Leader, Quality Assurance Lead, and finally Value Stream Leader & Quality Specialist. In 2014, Tim joined Quincy Recycle as the Operations Manager, where they led a team of employees and supervisors, achieved operating cost reductions, and implemented productivity improvements. Currently, they are working at Rack Builders, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources, Safety & Maintenance, a position they have held since 2023.

Tim Wheeler has obtained a Certificate of Achievement in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University. Tim also holds a Certificate of Achievement in Six Sigma Green Belt from the same institution. In addition, they have earned a Certificate of Achievement in Applied Industrial Ergonomics from Humantech.
