Sarah Qualters

Sarah Qualters is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the wine industry and consumer goods. Currently serving as the VP of Marketing at Rack & Riddle Custom Wine Services since April 2025, Sarah leads the marketing division to support both winery clients and private label wines for retailers. In addition, Sarah works as a Career Coach and Industry Specialist for MBA students at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, guiding them in job searches and interview preparations. Previously, Sarah held significant roles at The Wine Group from January 2020 to November 2024, culminating in the position of Senior Director of Marketing, where leadership focused on private label and corporate brand strategies. Earlier career experience includes a role as Associate Marketing Manager at The Clorox Company, where strategic eCommerce initiatives were executed. Sarah holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
