Sean Pass is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and management. Currently serving as a Digital Media Recruiter at Racker since September 2016, Sean is responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies and marketing plans to enhance employment interest at the company. Previously, Sean held the position of Residential Team Director, where leadership and operational management of a small team were key responsibilities. Sean's career also includes experience as a Relationship Manager in the Commercial Banking division of M&T Bank, managing high-profile commercial banking relationships, and a role as Property Sales Supervisor at GEICO. Sean holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Buffalo State University and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from SUNY Broome Community College.
