Martin Helms

Martin Helms is the CEO and founder of Rackhosting, and a former IT & Support Manager at Bluecom Danmark A/S. Martin has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, and has been instrumental in introducing new technologies and methods to Bluecom and Rackhosting.

Martin started their career at Bluecom in 1994 as an IT & Support Manager. Their job was to manage and support all of Bluecom Denmark's infrastructure, including the network, fileservers, Navision systems, backup, client PCs, printers, and product quality management. Martin also handled technical support for all national and international customers.

In the early days of the internet, Martin helped introduce the company to the internet age by introducing new ways to do business, such as email offers and driver downloads via FTP. Martin also developed a reversed Navision system to handle product returns and credits.

Martin left Bluecom in 1997 to start Rackhosting, a successful hosting company that provides innovative solutions for businesses of all sizes. Under Martin's leadership, Rackhosting has become a leading provider of cloud storage and hosting services.

Martin Helms is an automechanic who attended technical college in Hilleroed, Denmark. Martin later attended Solvangskolen, also in Denmark. Martin has a certification from EXIN in ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management.
