Jay Newberger is an experienced leader in customer success and operations, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at RackN since July 2023. Previously, Jay held positions including Senior Solutions Consultant at SOUTHLAKE PROPERTIES, where Jay managed a team to transition a real estate portfolio into an automated property software solution, and Portfolio Director for Managed Services at Waterfield Technologies, overseeing a large customer base while implementing performance metrics and alignment strategies. Additional experience includes a role as Sr. Vice President of Operations at Valor Intelligent Processing, where Jay implemented a large inbound contact center program, and a long tenure at ETAN Industries, where Jay designed and built multiple contact centers. Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin.
