Alexander Raul has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. In 2015, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Rackner, where they led the development of cutting-edge solutions using DevSecOps and AI. Alexander has also authored a book called "Cloud Native with Kubernetes" while working at Packt Publishing in 2019. Alexander has actively contributed to the tech community as a Community Ambassador for the Continuous Delivery Foundation, a Host for the "Contributors: An Open Source Software Podcast" and "The Cloud Native Show," and as a Co-Organizer for the Cloud Native DC Meetup. Additionally, Alexander has shared their expertise as a Kubernetes Masterclass Instructor for Hackathon.com. Before moving into these roles, they co-founded Lend in 2015, a neighborhood-focused on-demand platform, where they served as the Founder and Principal Engineer. Alexander also gained research experience as a Researcher at the University of Maryland from 2012 to 2015.

Alexander Raul ☁️ began their educational journey by completing the Emerging Leaders Program in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at the Small Business Administration in 2019. Prior to that, they attended the University of Maryland from 2011 to 2015 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Alexander has obtained several certifications, including ISO 9001 Lead Auditor - Quality Certification from the International Organization for Standardization in July 2019, AWS Solutions Architect - Professional from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2019, and Certified Kubernetes Administrator from The Linux Foundation in March 2019. Alexander also holds certifications in AWS Business Professional, AWS Solutions Architect - Associate, and AWS Technical Professional from Amazon Web Services.
