Kevin Griffiths has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kevin started their career as a Student Intern at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory in 2010. In 2013, they worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Draper Laboratory. Kevin then became a Student Researcher at the University of Maryland from 2014 to 2015. Joining Vasoptic Medical, Inc. in 2015, they worked as a Research Engineer for a year. In 2016, Kevin began their career as a Software Engineer at Rackner, where they developed custom software, supported infrastructure, and built CI/CD pipelines. Kevin progressed within the company and held positions as Vice President from 2019 to 2023 and currently holds the role of Executive Vice President. Additionally, in 2022, they founded Pelonoir, where they build open-source software and serves as an advisor to early-stage startups.

Kevin Griffiths attended the University of Maryland from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their degree, they have also acquired several certifications. In September 2017, they became an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate through Amazon Web Services (AWS). Later, in August 2019, they obtained the Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification from The Linux Foundation. Most recently, in January 2023, they achieved the Google Cloud Certified Associate Cloud Engineer certification from Google.
