Andy Tipton is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in customer success and network infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success for ANZ at Rackspace Technology since August 2017, Andy has previously held roles including Manager of Customer Success AU and Enterprise Technical Account Manager. Prior to Rackspace, Andy spent over a decade at HCF as the Network Infrastructure Manager, leading a team to manage IT operations for over 1400 users across multiple locations. Andy's career also includes significant positions at KAZ as Technical Delivery Manager and Syntegra as Senior Network Specialist, where responsibilities included technical support and management of key customer accounts.
